Before you enquire
How do I reserve a date?
Send your preferred piano, dates and venue. We confirm availability and provide a written quotation; a 30% deposit then reserves your date. Please allow at least 7 days’ notice.
What might cost extra?
Optional on-site tuning is £100 per technician visit excluding VAT. A one-off £50 insurance excess waiver is also available, excluding VAT. Stairs, hoists, cranes and other non-standard access are assessed and quoted in advance.
Can I hire for more than 90 days?
Yes. Longer hires receive a personal quotation, with rates tailored to the length of your stay. Contact us with your preferred instrument and dates.
What about insurance and cancellations?
Our on-site cover has a £250 excess, with an optional £50 waiver. Transport damage is excluded from that waiver. Cancellation charges depend on how close the hire is; please read the full hire terms before reserving.
